The infrastructure behind every Sarnafil roof is an integrated package of services that begins with design and specification and finishes with inspection and issue of Sarnafil’s industry leading guarantees.
At the design stage Sika Sarnafil offers comprehensive support, starting with design assistance and technical advice - in consultation with the specifier from our experienced Technical Advisers - followed by a detailed specification and editable CAD drawings. The Technical Adviser will carry out site visits and/or meeting to ensure the projects gets off to the right start.
Once the specification has been finalised our Order and Logistics department takes the central role. The order is checked against the specification by our experienced Technical Services Department, whilst maintaining close contact with the Sarnafil trained and registered contractor, (who has been chosen from a supplied list of suitable contractors for the project) the order is then placed, delivered and installed.
Once the project is on site a Field Technician joins the project team and carried out installation inspections at agreed key stages of the project, ensuring that the work has been carried out in accordance with the specification and that it meets the necessary standards for the chosen guarantee.
